If you can get your BK removed from all reports, and even possibly remove all or most of the bad tradelines, then is it acceptable to claim that you haven't filed bankruptcy?
Yes, it's an overt lie, but what if there is no proof of it on your credit reports any more?

When you delete old messages or outdated name changes, you lose all trade lines with the change or poorly tradelines.
Also place, you could sink your FICO as a result of the loss history.
