I have an account with Citi identity monitor credit and true and they have very different credit scores for all three central banks. What FACO score is more accurate on the official FICO score?

Is it best to pay the minimum balance on credit cards each month, or only pay calculated from the total amount every month? For example, if I have a $ 500 credit card and cost $ 100 per month, I pay the minimum, or pay the $ 100 per month? I keep hearing different things, and the answers start to confuse me. lol

My friend will move with the military and sale of the house. Her husband put the mortgage in his name, as she is a homemaker. His credit scores are less than 640. Anyway, they have a USAA MasterCard approved for 7,000 dollars. Here is the question:
Should they add her husband as an authorized user? It could greatly help with its use, but it is a new account and will affect the age of the account. Do you think will benefit its customers?
