I an account (cable) that I paid the cable companies, but on my credit report as unpaid with a credit agency. Do I have to ask the cable company to remove it? DV or CA? Or do I send the CA certificate of payment?

I have cleaned my credit reports. I removed all the collections from all three rating agencies. Thanks to all of you here but managed to get some of the junk-CA to my new address and even sent me letters from the collections ago.
None by reports about 7-10 years of guilt that they claimed for listed is my credit report anymore. Now the question is should I reply or ignore these people simply DV or writing?

Last year I disputed items on my credit report and they were removed. Now one of them again showed. Is this legal to do for a business? I thought a dispute was final. Comment?
