Experian Results in 2 days? [mann bracken] [cra]

Midland Credit. I was a man of Bracken for Midland Credit / FCNB sued, I'm not sure if some of you remember that. I went to court asking for proof and they could not deliver it. They asked for a continuence, so she could collect the evidence that I “needed”. Within 3 or 4 weeks I have receieved a letter that she had dismissed the suit because they do not “collect” the information was.
I had a “not mine” dispute with all three CRA before they served and they said they have been verified

I've been unsuccessful in disputing bad TL with CRA [different reasons] [cra]

Hello All ..
I've been unsuccessful in dispute a bad TL off of EX and EQ (it came off of TU when the OC didn't verify in time). I've tried several times on-line, using several different reasons. I mailed EX and EQ a PR letter and received their reply which resulted in no change.
So now it appears that it is time to go after the OC. A goodwill letter is completely out of the question, so I'm trying a OC validation of sorts. I came up with the letter on CB and tweaked

Anyone dispute lates with Countrywide? [repayment plan] [cra]

I have correlated with Countrywide on an open loans incurred while I was waiting for them to work out a repayment plan were. It took four months for me to get someone on the phone and I owe them money.
Since them up to their ears are now sh * t I wonder get when a dispute about the CRA may not be answered within 30 days and removed it. Has anyone tried it? And if so, it would probably come back?

Should I ignore this? [medical collection] [cra]

I have an old medical collection for 390 $, which (is DOFD Dec. 2001) from SOL and almost obsolete 0.
I DV'd and disputed with EQ, which was performed only on CRA is. EQ deleted but the CA sent validation in the form of printouts of the old bill. Nothing shows that they have legally acquired the debt or have been through the OK collect.
They call me now once a week, drawn together, but they do not identify themselves. They use a local number, but leave an 800 number to call back.
