I applied online, for her Amazon Chase CC for 2 weeks and had not heard. Well, the site said they would review it and they would let me know in 2 weeks.
Then I get a pre-approved offer from Chase in the mail. When I saw the number on the offer, I told the representative about the Amazon app, they looked up and told me it was called still ongoing. Is this normal? I ask. She said no, but it could go as long as a month.
