They is marked as paid and pay status for that month was marked as derog current. EX FICO went over 50 points.

On my Equifax report Capital One lists my one loan FOUR separate times (so it looks like I have/had 4 $10750 loans out). I disputed w/ Equifax & it came back as verified. I wrote a letter to Capital one & they responded "We have verified that the information on the report we sent to the credit bureaus matches the information in our systems"..Thanks for the form letter Cap One

Heres my situation. I have 2 Capital One accounts totaling about $ 12,000. They were charged 5.9. CA has tried to contact me via mail in diffferent ways and by phone – I do not want to answer, thanks to caller ID. The date of the last pament was 2.3 on the TU. Exp was 2.10. Gl? 0.
If the Capital One accounts sold to a CA -? Can they still sue
I have never spoken to someone from Capital One (they never contacted me at all) or the CA that have tried to get hold of me, because 2003.

Has anyone IIB Capital One and been able to get approved for another card with them? If so, how long after discharge? And what were your scores?

Why Portfolio Recovery Services, call me to tell me they are a collection agency for Capital One credit? They try to collect a debt for 7000 $.
I concluded that because of good rankings in 2004 with a high balance of $ 455.00. They wanted to verify my last 4 digits of my ss. and my birth date.
I would not give it to them. They said I, and I said I do not have anything to do. They said they keep calling and then hung up.
Anyone have no experience with them?
