I `m filing a lawsuit against big retail bank, a subsidiary of another corp. Do I file against the Bank or against the parent corp? The Bank is not in my state under fictitious names or Corporation, but the corp registered.

Our chapter 13 was dismissed back on April 2005. There is a medical bill in my wife's name and the collection agency is putting it on my credit report even though it is not my bill. I called the CA and they said since we are married they can pursue me as well. This bill is about $400 and it not huge at all however we have other bills as well that take higher priority. I told them they are violating the FCRA by reporting inaccurate information and they said they are able to do so

I have disputed with rating agencies, then DV'd CA, CMRRR and then disputed with CRA CMRRR again. Experian, that is my SS #, copy of DL, etc.
Didn electricity bill 't I read that you do not answer that question because they already have that information and if you do, they say adds more time to DV process.
