Hi, i filled ch7 on may 2005 discharged on august 2007. I managed to re establish my credit too well than now I am in 60k in unsecured debt. Last week I bought a 2010 prius w 0.9% apr for 60 months w 3k down. I am planning on filling ch13 soon to re structure my debit. My question is what will happen to my car? I have no other secure debt but this car. I do have a meeting with attorney next week, but wanted your opinions as all the information on these boards helped me before. Thanks

Thinking it would be great to see those who can share their success stories after filing BK 7 and recovered from it and rebuilt their credit etc.

Items like when did you file, discharge, start rebuilding and credit you were able to obtain.
Roadblocks along the way and things that others should not do after filing BK 7.
